Open Positions:

Customer Service Representative (In Person, Missouri) 

Responsibilities – You’re not only the go-to contact for our clients and prospective clients when insurance needs arise, you also support your home office team. Serve as the important first impression of Consumers First by answering calls, resolving complaints and accessing customer accounts and policy schedules upon request.

Requirements – Attention to detail, working knowledge of the carriers and products we offer.  

Quality Shoppers (Office/Remote/Hybrid) 

Responsibilities – A Quality Shopper functions for the Consumer much like a Professional Buyer does for business. On an annual (at minimum) basis, a Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) will contact the customer to update their profile and explain coverage. The customer decides on the coverage they desire. The QS will take the updated profile and coverage requirements and shop for the most competitive rate using our patented Quality Shopper tool, helping our clients and prospective clients compare insurance rates so they can potentially save hundreds of dollars each year, every year.  

Requirements - Must have computer & Internet access for remote work, GED/high school diploma, and must complete a basic math test including fractions, percentages and decimals.

Training - Seven-part candidate training program, Candidate will be compensated for each section completed, Trainer provided and is available for phone sessions.
